Once you place your preorder, we will begin crafting your item. Because each piece is made to order, it may take up to 4 weeks for your item to be produced and shipped.

After production is complete, we will ship your order immediately. Standard shipping times will then apply based on your location.

Your payment will be processed at the time of preorder. This secures your spot in our limited production run and guarantees you’ll receive one of our exclusive Rowena pieces.

We will keep you updated on the production process and provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
